You can start and finish many of your activities almost at the front door, without necessarily using your own car. Immediately nearby you can find:
• Kneipp area (50 meters), where there is the starting point of the Weißenbacher-healthy-way
• Hiking trails to many mountain huts
• Children's playground

Beyond you can easily reach:
• Kellerbauer and Stabeler alpine trail, the peaks Tristenspitz and Ringelstein,
• the two huts “Chemnitz” and “Schwarzenstein”
• the 3000m high peaks of the Zillertal Alps: Möseler, Turner Kamp, Hornspitzen, Schwarzenstein.

Even in winter you can leave your car standin still! Starting from our appartements there are many ways to arrange attractive and varied holidays:
• come down from Speikboden ski resort by ski until 50 m from your accommodation
• take the pubblic transport to the ski resorts Speikboden and Klausberg (50m away)
• Access to the cross-country skiing trail (50 meters)
• skating place (300 meters)
• natural luge tracks: Tristenbach, Speikboden, Riesa Alm, Busegge Alm
• hiking trails to Innerhofer, Marxegger, Pircher, Rieser and Busegge Alm
• starting point for various skitouring possibilities (Tristenbach, Henne, Ringelstein, Möseler,
   Hornspitzen; Schwarzenstein: 15 min by car)

There are many inns and restaurants in the village for your dining pleasure:
Gasthof Mesnhof, Gasthof Schönberg (+ pizzeria), Gasthof Alpenfrieden, Sportbar and
Ledohosnalm offer a wide selection of international and typical local dishes (see „INFO“)

In the local "Schneida Loudn"-shop you can buy newspapers, bread, South Tyrolean specialties and everything for your daily needs during your vacation.
